Welcome to the State of South Dakota's Central Bid Exchange website. This site includes public notices relating to Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Invitations for Bids (IFB) for supplies and services required by various state and local agencies.

All state and local government agencies, including public schools, are eligible to post notices of bidding opportunities on this Central Bid Exchange. There is currently no charge to post a notice. Agencies wishing to post a notice on the Central Bid Exchange should complete the Central Bid Exchange Public Notice Information Form and email it to the Office of Procurement Management. Include a solicitation number in the subject line if possible, and allow at least two working days for the notice to be posted.

The following column headings are used in the listing:

Type	Whether the sourcing event is a bid, project or quote request.
Ref #	The RFQ/IFB/RFP number assigned by the requesting agency.
Description	The RFQ/IFB/RFP title. Click on the "more info" link to see a more detailed description.
Posted	The date the notice was added to the public listing.
Organization	The name of the state or local government agency that is conducting the solicitation.
State	Always South Dakota
Due By	The date the requesting agency has indicated as the due date for bids/proposals or quotes to be received in their office. This date may or many not coincide with a public bid opening date.
