State Agencies shall use Alexander Open Systems as the fulfillment partner for the WSCA Cisco Contract for all equipment purchases.

State agencies must work through the Bureau of Information and Telecommunications when making purchases.

Proper procedures must be followed with Property Management prior to disposing of any state-owned equipment.

All items on the Cisco WSCA contract are moratorium regulated. State agencies must follow proper procedures in obtaining moratorium exemption approval.

Units of local government may use any of the listed fulfillment partners.
