NASPO/WSCA cooperative purchasing agreements are not the same as State Contracts.  Purchases from these agreements may only be made as outlined in the specific Participating Addendum entered into by the Office of Procurement Management and the supplier.  

The State of South Dakota has a contract with Alltel Wireless through the Bureau of Information and Telecommunications for State agency use.  The Alltel contract is not part of the WSCA agreement.

State agencies must work through the Bureau of Information and Telecommunications, Division of Telecommunications, to place orders from this agreement.
